Online Media Coordinator / Office Assistant

Location: Vancouver
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience, with bonus and benefits package
Hours of Work: Full time 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Day to day responsibilities to include but not limited to:
• Assist team with any Media Campaigns across all platforms
• Support the activities of the sales team
• Research new contacts & sales leads/opportunities
• Help coordinate with any marketing/promotional events
• Assist with any office requirements and/or tasks

• Recent college graduate or in senior year in a business degree with focus/interests in marketing
• 0-2 years Adverting Media experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficient with solid skills in any other type of software
• Outgoing personality, friendly and confident, comfortable dealing with people on the phone
• Ability to do research and complete tasks with little supervision
• Organized with strong multitasking skills
